Oxford, Scott Not Going

Two professional soccer players, Neville Oxford and Delroy Scott, both of whom, it was speculated, would be on the Jamaica Football Federation team to play in the Diamond Jubilee of the Trinidad Football Association, will not be included in the team.

The disclosure was made by JFF secretary Glen-Neil Dwyer, who said: "On the advice of FIFA, Jamaica cannot play any player who is a member of the National Professional Soccer League, N.P.S.L."

Major Lloyd Named Manager

MAJOR Leslie Lloyd has been named manager of the Jamaica Football Federation's team which will represent the island in a football festival in Trinidad to mark part of the Trinidad's Football Association's 50th anniversary.

Major Lloyd is Administrative Officer for KSAFA Division 1 leaders, Jamaica Regiment.

Thee JFF team which will leave the island next Thursday, is scheduled to play four matches in Trinidad, and is due to return on Sunday, December 3.
