Revised 1999 Caribbean Nations' Cup calendar

Twenty-four teams are competing for five spots in the 1999 Caribbean Nations' Cup, the most prestigious competition for national teams in the Caribbean. Eight teams will participate in the finals, May 8 - 30, in Trinidad & Tobago, including defending champions Jamaica, a guest team that will be announced, the five qualifiers and the host team.

Preliminary round match calendar: (One qualifier per group)

Group 1: Cayman Islands, Cuba, winner of preliminary series between Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, and the US Virgin Islands (scheduled for February 1 - 28), and host Bermuda. Playing dates: April 7, 9 and 11.

Group 2: Antigua/Barbuda, Dominica, winner of home and away series between Guyana and Barbados (scheduled for February 13 - 25), and host Guadeloupe. Playing dates: March 10, 12 and 14.

Group 3: St. Kitts/Nevis, St. Lucia, winner of home and away series between Martinique/French Guyana (scheduled for February 1 - 21), and host St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Playing dates: April 14, 16 and 18.

Group 4: Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, winner of preliminary round between British Virgin Islands, Anguilla and Montserrat (scheduled for 1-28 February), and host Haiti. Playing dates: March 17, 19 and 21.

Group 5: Suriname, Netherlands Antilles, and host Grenada. Playing dates: April 21, 23 and 25.
