DALLAS — Warren Archibald scored both Miami goals as the Toros clinched a spot in the playoffs Saturday night by edging the Dallas Tornado in overtime before a record small crowd of only 2,843 fans.

With 19 seconds left in the second overtime period, Archibald, assisted by Steve David and Nico Boconczy, rammed home the winning goal from 12 to 14 yards out.

The victory brought Miami, with a 13-8 record, to a total of 115 points and assured its wild card spot in the playoffs.
