GUATEMALA CITY, Aug. 30, AP:
Mexico must play Bermuda and Panama meet Jamaica to determine the remaining two entries in the championship of the North-Central American and Caribbean Soccer Federation, tourney officials announced.
An organization spokesman said the Netherlands Antilles and Trinidad-Tobago had won the right to enter the tourney without elimination rounds by virtue of a drawing.
Guatemala, present champions, and Costa Rica, the host country, also have the right to compete without elimination rounds. The tournament will be November 23-December 7 in San Jose.
The spokesman said Haiti is not competing, having been suspended for not paying their dues. Honduras announced they would not compete for economic reasons.
