PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad, August 27 (Reuters):

The Trinidad Football Association has surrendered the country's right to contest matches at home in their World Cup tournament preliminaries against Guatemala and Haiti in November.

A Press release from the T.F.A. last night disclosed that the Trinidad footballers will play two matches against Guatemala in Guatemala and two against Haiti in Haiti.

Asked why Trinidad's right to play at home was surrendered, a T.F.A. spokesman said "this is the best arrangement the T.F.A. have made."
