Chelsea visit to Bermuda uncertain

HAMILTON, Bermuda, Oct. 31, (Reuter):

REPORTS THAT the English First Division leaders Chelsea would be visiting Bermuda at the end of the present football season have mystified soccer officials here.

"We know nothing about it," Mr. John Rosewarne, Secretary of the Bermuda Football Association said, but he added: "Of course, we would be delighted to receive them here if they can come."

Bermuda is reported as being the last stop on a tour by the Chelsea team which also takes in Trinidad, Barbados and Jamaica.

The BFA, have completed arrangements for a party of Portuguese players from the Azores to visit here over the Christmas period, New Year and they will play five matches.
