POST OF SPAIN, January 28:

PLANS ARE BEING discussed here for an All-Star football match between two teams comprising the best 22 players in The West Indies as a climax to the Trinidad versus Jamaica tournament next April-May.

Trinidad Football Association's President Ken Galt, and Secretary Eric James, are discussing the matter tonight with Jamaica's football captain, Gerry Alexander and JFA official Johnny Groves.

The players for the "Federal Game" will be drawn, according to the planners, from Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, Grenada, St. Vincent, Dominica and British Guiana.

The match may be regarded as a trial for the proposed West Indies team to tour England in 1959-60.

It will be the first time since 1947 that Jamaica footballers will be seen here. Then they were in the triangular tournament with British Guiana and Trinidad. Trinidad won the tournament.
