In telling of the exemplary behaviour of footballers who represented the Island in Trinidad last
November, Mr. daCosta also explained the breakdown in the deliberations for formation of a West Indies Football Board.

Trinidad contended that all fixtures to be arranged by members should first be submitted to and to receive the sanction of the Board, a policy Jamaica in particular did not agree to, and there the matter ended.

The meeting approved of the stand taken by Jamaica.
