'Sportsman' scores in season review

A HIGHLY interesting and informative review of the local sporting scene for 1951 is the feature of the December issue of the West Indian Sportsman, now on the bookstands.

Lawn tennis, golf, table tennis, cycling, softball, billiards, yachting, horse racing, dominoes and rifle shooting are well treated.

Other articles enhancing the appeal of the magazine deal with the composition of the Combined Caribbean soccer side to meet Jamaica next February and the rise of Trinidad's Yolande Pompey to the top of world boxing.
