MR. G. M. daCOSTA, head of the Jamaica Football Association, will leave the Palisadoes Airport on Sunday, September 23, at 1.50 p.m. by Pan American Airways service to represent the island at the Caribbean soccer conference at San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Representatives from various Caribbean territories will meet at the Condado Beach Hotel to discuss the formation of a Caribbean Amateur Football Association.

Jamaica attitude to the discussions will be open, but they are opposed to (1) any decision which would force the J.F.A. to seek permission of any C.A.F.A. for a team to come here; and (2) any decision that the profits from local tours be accounted for to the C.A.F.A.
