PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad — Peter Issac and Winston Anglin scored second-half goals Sunday as Jamaica upset Trinidad and Tobago 2-1 in a qualifying match for soccer's 1994 World Cup.

The countries will play Aug. 16 in Kingston in the second game of the home-and-home, total-goals series. The winner advances to a second-round group in the North and Central American and Caribbean region with Canada, Bermuda or Antigua, and El Salvador or Nicaragua.
