PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, Feb. 11 (Reuters):
Two teenaged Trinidadian footballers have agreed to play professional football with the New York Generals, it was announced here today.
They are Jan Steadman, wing back, and Leroy DeLeon, linkman.
Their pair will join Warren Archibald, the Trinidadian left-winger who has already signed a contract with the Generals.
Another Trinidadian to sign up with an American team is college forward Everard Cummings, who will play for the Atlanta Braves.
The four were on the Trinidad team who were runners-up in Haiti in the recent CONCACAF series in Jamaica.
Observers said it would be difficult to replace them for the CONCACAF finals in Honduras next month.
