PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, Jan. 28 (Reuters):
WARREN ARCHIBALD, 19, and Everard Cummings, 18, two of Trinidad's outstanding soccer forwards, have accepted offers to play professional football in the American Soccer League.
Both players agreed yesterday after American soccer league scouts Derek Tomkinson and Fred Goodwin had offered them terms.
The scouts had seen Trinidad play in the recent CONCACAF series in Jamaica.
Archibald will play for the New York Generals, and Cummings for the Atlanta Chiefs. Both will fly to the United States in late February.
