Proposal That Football Players From Trinidad Should Visit Montego Bay

[excerpt]

In respect to the Trinidad footballers visiting Montego Bay during their sojourn in the island, it is understood that the matter now rests with the County of Cornwall Football Board. After announcing its willingness to see such a feature being connected with the tour, the J.F.A. communicated with the County Board making certain proposals, and the J.F.A. has been awaiting an answer on the matter for the last ten days.

So, as the matter stands, that such a fixture is not included in the programme, is not the fault of the J.F.A.

The J.F.A. has taken everything into consideration, and is desirous of going through with the Montego Bay fixture, but as said before, it is now the move of the County Board.
